“The Bull” is our flagship catering offset and provides a lot of cook room, also being very mobile and delivering the highest of results in live fire BBQ.
We placed our efforts within computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even (+ or - 5 degrees across whole grate), prevents having to rotate meat and finished product quicker by its precision airflow.
This unit is now being cooked on by multiple award winning pitmasters around the US. You will find pits in some of the top Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joints, a 2019 Food and Wine Chef of the year, James Beard nominees and more.
