Our flagship is the 1,000-gallon commercial offset. This smoker has become one of the highest demand commercial smokers in its class. We placed our efforts within computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even (+or - 5 degrees across whole grate), prevents having to rotate meat and finished product quicker by its precision airflow.
