A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and place it on our production calendar.

If a customer must cancel an order, we offer an 88% refund within the first 14 days after the order has been placed. After 14 days have passed from the original order date, we no longer accept cancellations and payments are non-refundable.

The moment an order is placed on our calendar, we begin investing our time, manpower, and resources into building a superior quality product that we have built our reputation on. Because all orders are built to individual customer specifications, we do not accept returns on completed units.
